On Saturday, June 17, chef David Andrés - the best young chef in Southern Europe for the second consecutive year according to the San Pellegrino Young Chef contest - participated in the Vadefoodies gastronomic festival in Igualada (Barcelona), where he offered a showcooking.

During the exhibition, the chef prepared some live dishes before dozens of attendees.

Andrés took the opportunity to open a jacket of the Dyneke Premium line, specially customized for the occasion, with the Somiatruites restaurant logos, the Vadefoodies festival and Dyneke.

In addition, the chef also participated in a round table on the future of gastronomy together with other restaurateurs in the area.
