The chef David Andrés, second chef of the restaurant ABaC and owner of the Somiatruites, will be one of the stars of the third edition of the gastronomic festival "Vadefoodies" that takes place in Igualada (Barcelona) this weekend and where he will make a demonstration about the cuisine of Vanguard.

The festival, a pioneering initiative in Spain on new culinary trends, will have Mexican cuisine as the main protagonist, not forgetting vegan cuisine, pastry, cocktails, nutrition and sports and clay wines.
